MyNOVA Student Hub is an independent, non-commercial open project developed and maintained by students as a collaborative initiative between NOVA IMS student clubs and community contributors.

This platform is not officially endorsed, operated, or verified by NOVA Information Management School (NOVA IMS) administration or Universidade NOVA de Lisboa. All university trademarks, course names, and campus references belong to their respective owners.
1. Purpose and Services
MyNOVA Student Hub serves as a central digital ecosystem for students to discover academic clubs, browse community events, access study tools and schedule planners, check campus canteen menus, and connect with fellow students.
2. Student Organizations & Club Accounts
Official student clubs maintain their own verified profile spaces, live feeds, and event rosters. Club leadership and authorized general members are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of information, announcements, and links published through their accounts.
3. Authentication & Account Data
User authentication uses your verified NOVA IMS student credentials. Your session is protected and data is processed strictly to deliver app features such as personal schedule tracking, club follow preferences, and organization permissions. We do not sell or monetize personal student data.
4. Community Code of Conduct
Users must engage respectfully. Harassment, spam, fraudulent applications, unauthorized account access, or attempts to disrupt service stability are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate revocation of platform access.
5. Limitation of Liability
The services and timetable data are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. While student maintainers strive for complete accuracy, students should always cross-reference critical academic dates and official deadlines with official NOVA IMS systems (e.g. NetPA and Canvas).
